Q&A:

What is your favorite aspect of your profession?
That it is always changing and requires me to keep learning. There is always more to learn in the accounting profession. From changing tax laws and regulations to trying to understand the client’s perspective and situation. Any circumstance that I encounter from a client is unique and challenging in its own way.

Looking at all the people in history, what person would you say you respect the most?
There are many people I respect from history and one of them is Abigail Adams. She lived in a time when opportunities for her were limited, but she acted and voiced her opinions. She was able to influence the development of a new country. She was willing to look and think outside the box in the time period in which she lived.
